Acetaminophen is considered an excellent choice because it is not likely to cause stomach irritation or interact with prescription medications.
TYLENOL* acetaminophen is widely used to treat pain due to:
· Fever
· Headaches (mild to moderate migraine and tension headaches)
· Arthritis
· Muscle aches and sprains
· Menstrual cramps
· Aches and pains due to cold and flu
Adults (12 years and older): 1-2 Rapid Release Gelcaps every 4 hours as required. It is hazardous to exceed 8 gelcaps per day.

Butylparaben, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, cellulose, corn starch, D&C yellow no. 10, edetate calcium disodium, FD&C blue no. 1, FD&C red no. 40, gelatin, hypromellose, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, magnesium stearate, methylparaben, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, propylparaben, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium propionate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide.
Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough medication to seriously harm a child. If fever persists for more than 3 days or pain for more than 5 days, talk to a doctor. Use only as directed by a doctor. As with any other pain medicine, talk to a doctor before use: - with other products containing acetaminophen, salicylates or any other pain or fever medicine, -in persons with serious kidney or liver disease, -if you are pregnant or nursing a baby. Chronic heavy alcohol users may be at increased risk of liver damage when taking more than the recommended dose of acetaminophen.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not take this product if allergic to acetaminophen. If rash or itching occur, talk to a doctor.
