Definitely the go to for sore body pain
Really works ---- I had intense sore aches and pains in my back from working out -- and after 2 days I gave in and purchased this Tylenol Aches and Pain and I was pretty surprised how fast this product really works- I got back the urge to continue working out because I know that there is back up available when I am in excruciating pain.

Takes less pills when needing extended use.
It seems to work. Convenient use when one needs relief for an extended amount of time up to 8 hours, don't need to be taking pills every 4 hours.

Dried out my eyes
I have had pink eye before, so this time I decided to try out Polysporin's pink eye drops. I followed the directions exactly for 2 days, but found by the end of the second day my eyes felt dry. The 3rd morning I woke up in extreme discomfort with *very* dry eyes, and decided not to continue with the drops that day. The drops cleared up the pink eye discharge/mucous, but now on Day 4 I still have very dry eyes, and will have to go to my doctor anyhow. Don't take chances with your eyes, just go to the doctor if you think you have an infection.

Finally Relief!
Living with Endometriosis back pain is almost a daily struggle. Tylenol has been my go to for many years. I was so happy to discover the Muscle Aches and Body Pain version. 2 pills gives me quick and long lasting relief. I like that it's a non drowsy formula as well. So I can safely function during the day. Thank you Tylenol.

Tylenol Muscle Aches & Body Really does what it claims
I work standing all day on concrete for 8 hours a day, lifting, bending etc etc. At the end of the day every muscle in my body aches so I take 2 Tylenol Muscle Aches & Body when the pain is not bearable and when it kicks in I am good for the rest of the evening and I would recommend this to anyone suffering for body aches and pain.

When I first started working out I pulled a lot of muscles. This is what helped me get through the day and be able to continue working out the next. I had tried a few other brands that didn't seem to really do anything, but this worked for me.

Sure fire Quick Relief
My legs above the Knees been very Painful ( Understatement) been to the Doctor nothing works. Today I had no choice but to try Tylenol for Arthritist and Muscle pain... On an Empty Stomach... Instant Relief and for more than 5 hours now... Thank God. You can only say this if you have ever suffered this much Pain
