Usually, these cold medications just temporarily relieve the pain and doesn't help you get better, so you'll just need to wait out the cold. But after taking this, once a day starting from when I started to have some cold sypmptoms, the symptoms went away and I recovered quite quickly! Under a week!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Packaging The product may be great but opening the package is almost impossible. Even with finger nails I cannot peel back the outer layer to push the gel cap out. A sharp knife is required to carefully cut the package without puncturing the gel cap.
