My "go to"!
Tylenol is my trusted brand for my baby. It is dye free, which is crucial. It also doesn't have a strong "medicine taste", like other brands do. I recommend this product!

Fast pain reliever
Ive tried this for my child and the results were indeed, effective. It helps for faster pain relief. My chils loves its flavour that makes it easy for me to let her take it. Great product.

My baby just had rsv and lots of fevers and this Tylenol helped him sleep better and get rid of the fever. He didn't spit it out either! I think he liked the taste.

Great product
This is a great product. My daughter doesn't mind the flavor so it's easy to get her to take it and its effectiveness could be seen in a short time. In addition, it's dye-free and paraben-free so it's a safe product.

Seems to work
Tylenol Infants for fever and pain seems very effective and works well, but it is a hard product to find on store shelves as it's often out of stock, and so it's become very expensive.

Works fast
Both kids loved the taste. It was easy to give and loved that it worked quickly. The syringe that was given was easy to use/measure. The product lasted about 4-6 hours and the chart given worked great for efficacy.

Reliable fever reducer

One of the few medications I trust
I used this for my kids when they were small all the time. It's one of the few medications I trusted. Now that they are older I'm using the older kid version of this same product. It was always effective at bringing their fevers down and I appreciate that it's dye free.

Love this product. My daughter has had a lot of pain associated with incoming teeth. It’s the first medicine I reach to. It works every time. It also tastes great, I have no issues getting her to take it.

Lifesaver
Works wonders for any pain or discomfort. My daughters favorite is the grape flavor and she is always ready when you say medicine! Its something that we bring everywhere with us- travelling, appointments, really anywhere! Its a necessity and we can never be without it! I would recommend!!!

Fast on fever and teething pain
This was a lifesaver for my grandson when he was teething it worked very quickly to reduce his pain and make him more comfortable. I would highly recommend this product. My grandson did not put up any fuss while taking this medicine he did not mind the taste.

Great to have on hand
This is an absolute must to have in your medicine cabinet. I like that this acetaminophen can be used every 4 hours and I can interchange it with other medications to make my baby feel better. I love how quick it works and the fact that my child enjoys the flavor and doesn't fight me to take it

Works Great And Gives Peace Of Mind
I was so nervous to give my daughter medicine when she had a fever due to teething but the dye free grape made her feel so much better and knowing it was dye free let me not stress about extra chemicals. Now when she is sick we always prefer the Tylenol dye free grape.
