Works awesome!
Not sure why the negative reviews. I’ve used these for years and they work so well. The key is it needs to build up in your system so one dose will not help. Usually by the end of day two I start to feel great snd you need to keep it up for a few more days. I have had colds and flus where I only suffered for the first day and didn’t feel it the rest of the time.

Good stuff
Helped me reduce fever and also relieved my headache however I did feel a bit nauseous after taking it which was strange but other then that it works

The best!!

Works great but makes you Drowsy
In comparison to all the "restless syndrom" reviews, I had the complete opposite effect. I have never slept deeper than with this pill, but my only complaint is that the daytime pill aswell makes me drowsy. Other than the drowsiness, mucus and cough are gone almost instantly, pain takes a bit longe to kick in but my headache was gone within the hour.

Kept me up all night
Like what others have said, I took this product before going to bed at around 9:30 at night as I wanted something to clear my nasal congestion, however it kept me awake with restless legs until like 2 in the morning. Was really aggravating and will not recommend.

Plan doses around sleep
I experienced difficulty sleeping in the evening, if I failed to plan my doses.
I had to avoid taking daytime caplets (2) eight hours before bed, or I couldn't get to sleep.
Other then that these were very effective and I experienced relief of my cold symptoms.

Keeps you awake
Packaging is terrible. Not easy at all to get the pill out. Then when I took Tylenol Complete it kept me up all night. Terrible. Don't recommend to anyone.

Sleepless nights
Had sleepless nights. I was feeling restless and had shaky legs thorough out the night. The reason I gave average score is, it works to control fever, cough etc.. As mentioned on the box. But I will not recommend as it has a side effect of sleepless nights and restlessness.

Makes me feel gross
Tylenol Night is fine, but every time I take Tylenol Day it makes me feel really gross and out of it. I’ve tried taking it to get through work but the gross feeling makes it hard to concentrate. Going to look for a different daytime cold medicine.

Weird Side Effect
I love the night time pills, they are perfect for getting sleep with a cold. One quick complaint before the weird side effect is that it is nearly impossible to open with that stupid little tab! I tried once to push it out after removing the white paper and it broke my nail! Other than that the night one is good. The weird side effect is that my pee smells weird after taking the day pills. I didn’t know if this was a side effect of the pill until I smelled the pill and that’s the smell! It’s a very weird and off putting side effect so I have stopped taking the day pills. Maybe look into that?

Still awake at 4 am
During the day, this worked great, but now it's the middle of the night and I'm wide awake. It is definitely keeping me up, which I didn't think non-drowsy would do.

Absolutely worth it!!
Anyone who says there isn’t a cure for a common cold has never tried this! My wife and I swear by this every time we get a cold or the flu! Highly recommend!

odd reaction
Both my fiance and I had an odd reaction of restless leg syndrome shortly after taking tylenol complete cough cold and flu nighttime. Neither of us experience this with any other medications, nor with the daytime.

Works great!
The nighttime kept me asleep all night, although I did breathe through my mouth most of the night due to stuffy nose, and woke up with very sore throat.
The daytime works really well! The expectorant properties are AMAZING - I was able to get all the mucus out before I went to work, so I wasn't coughing and blowing my nose all day.
This is my new go-go.

Kept me up all night!
The day ones are pretty good, but the night time ones are awful. Not only do they do absolutely nothing, I was up all night, unable to breathe and there was so much mucus stuck in my throat! Tried them for multiple nights and it sucked.

Guaranteed to Keep you up ALL NIGHT LONG no matter how exhausted you are!
My wife & I took this for the 1st time when we were exhausted & suffering from a bad cold only to be kept in a state of complete sleeplessness ALL NIGHT LONG! Nothing but pure misery!
This product should be pulled. J&J knows this after all they print it in the tiniest print possible!

I purchased the Extra Strength Tylenol complete cold, cough & flu formula. The daytime medication seemed to help my symptoms, however the nighttime medication kept me from sleeping until approximately 5:00 am. The medication was taken at 10:00pm. I would NOT recommend the nighttime med.

Didn't Work for Me
Unfortunately despite using this product, it didn't help me at all with my cold or stuffy nose.
It did stop my nose from running but it didn't help relieve sinus pressure (it actually got worse) or my cold symptoms. I tried this product for 2 days with no relief. Tried a competitors similar product and I saw results after the first dose.

Text size on box
I am currently on holiday in Mexico and this was the only product I brought with me for a cold. I have a doozy of a cold which started overnight so I can't really comment on how effective it is. However, I do have a complaint about the size of the font used on the box for the dosage. Even with my reading glasses on I can't read it and neither could my husband, who doesn't need reading glasses (except based on his inability to the text on the box he may have to re-evaluate that). So, my question is: what purpose does it serve to use such a small font and the next question would be: are you hiding something by doing that?
