great for purse
I like to keep these in my purse for easy on the go pain relief! The Ez swollow coating really does help make it so much easier to take the pills, I don't even need water!

Only ONE
Tylenol Ultra Relief
I was taught 'just take two tylenol'.
After reading the instructions, recommendations are take one tablet every four to six hours, and two if your headache is still persistent.
Well, Thank you Tylenol! I'm officially down to only needing ONE tablet at the onset. No upset tummy either as they are coated for gentleness. These worked great for me and will be on hand in my home.

Tylenol ultra relief- great product for headaches
I used Tylenol ultra relief for the first time and I found it worked great for my headaches. Relief was very quick, better than any other product I tried. This will be my go to for headaches going forward and I will recommend to my family/friends

Quick pain relief
Tylenol has always been a reliable brand in my medicine cabinet. I wouldn't have expected it could get any better but Ultra Relief worked so fast and unlike other pain medication, my headache didn't even come back.

Provided some relief quickly
I suffer from migraines constantly so I was excited to get to try this product. I can't say all pain went away, but it definitely helped substantially. Definitely more effective than any other over the counter product I've tried. Definitely would recommend.

Works Like Magic
After a 4 hour hike with 6 kids ages 2 to 13, you better believe I had a headache. Not even a nap helped. I popped one of these and not only did my headache go away, I felt so great that I read my daughter 10 bedtime stories, washed the dishes, and cleaned the entire first floor of my house. Ive already put these pills in my purse to make sure I have them at work tomorrow!

Relieves headache well
I loved this product. It has relieved my headache well. I tool one pill at the first sign of a headache and it worked in 20 minutes. It kept me headache free for the entire day.

Very effective!

Headache gone!
After a long day at work where I didn't drink enough water and I had my contact lenses in for too long, the enviable headache hit me.
I took one Tylenol® Ultra Relief and within no time my headache pain was relived. I highly recommend Tylenol® Ultra Relief! It will be my go to from now on!

What headache?
Just recently I had a headache, then I take 1 Tylenol ultra relief. In minutes, without realized, the headache is gone. I can continue doing my activity as like nothing happened before. That how fast and effective the Tylenol ultra relief is.

Work as magic for migraine

For me, trying the Tylenol Ultra Relief was worth it. Every month before my periods, I always experience migraines and sometimes headaches .

Lifesaver for migraine sufferers
Thank you @Tylenolcanada @thisisbutterly for sending me Tylenol Ultra Relief for my honest review. First Thank you Tylenol for making medication that actually works for migraines. It is really hard to manage migraines and usually lasts a whole day even when I use extra strength medicine so Im so happy that you made a pill specifically for bad headaches or migraines. Tylenol Ultra Relief contains an effective pain relief ingredient plus pain relief enhancer to provide superior relief of headache pain. Ive heard from my doctor that caffeine can help to relieve headaches so when I saw that Tylenol combined acetaminophen and caffeine to relieve headache pain I was so hopeful. My migraines usually lasts all day with severe pain that causes me to feel nauseous. I would take acetaminophen and ibuprofen pain medication every four hours and try to sleep it off but still wake up with a headache. Today, I had a migraine all morning and afternoon while I was out and had taken those medications because I had with me but it wasnt working. When I got home, I finally got to try Tylenol Ultra Relief Tough on Headaches meds. I took one of the easy to swallow pill. Within half an hour of taking that medicine, I felt better. I am so happy that it helped me. My mom & son also suffer from migraines and we are so thankful forTylenol Ultra Relief and will have this on hand at all times.

Love Tylenol Ultra Relief
Tylenol Ultra Relief is the perfect pain reliever. I had a headache and after taking this Tylenol I felt relief within 45 minutes. Plus, the ez tabs make it so much easier to swallow. No chalky or weird taste from the pill, goes down quick for fast relief.

Effective!
I suffer occasionally from headaches which intensity can vary depending on the cause. I recently suffered from severe headache due to stress and luck of sleeping so I gave Tylenol ultra relief a try and within 20 mn the pain was reduced tremendously but did not disappear completely, this has helped me continue with my daily activities.

Effective pain relief
I got as a free sample and gave it a shot. I found that it works great for migraine headaches because every time I had one I took some Tylenol and found that it worked pretty good because I was able to get some rest and bounced back better than without it. Would definitely recommend it!

Migraine relief!!
Works great!! This tylenol ultra relief works wonders when I have a migraine. Once I took it my migraine pains went away quickly and was able to go abput my day normally. Will definitely re purchase!

Bad headache? Fast Relief
When you have a bad headache reach for Tylenol Ultra Relief. They are small and easy to swallow. In no time you will be feeling better. I received these in the mail through Butterly. I admit I was skeptic at first. Ive tried different pills for my headaches over the years. But these really work!!!

Effective pain relief
I get some pretty bad headaches and was excited to try this product. It did not disappoint. Within an hour of my headache, I took this Tylenol and felt the pain in my head easing after about a quarter of an hour - very fast considering other pain killers usually take at least 30 min to an hour to feel any relief. My head no longer hurt 30 minutes in. I am impressed and would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for relief some migraines.

Perfect discription for this product!
This Tylenol was extremely good at getting rid of my headaches. I woke up one day and I woke with a pounding headache ( probably had a dream I was arguing with my husband lol, but anyway I took the ultra relief Tylenol and my headache was gone extremely fast. Not only did it get rid of my headache, My husband had a horrible toothache that had him in tears he only would take a certain kind of pain reliever for this but I made him try the Tylenol Ultra relief and I was pleasantly surprised that the toothache went away very quickly he was just as shocked. Later that night his toothache returned and to my surprise he asked me to get the Ultra relief Tylenol so that he could get back to sleep fast. Thank you for letting me test this product in fact I'd like to test it again if you want to send me another one (wink wink).

Great for those with terrible migraines
I absolutely reccomend this Tylenol S it does exactly what it states, I do take two at a time and relax and it helps so much. I used to have to add ice to my head to numb it but this works alil faster at the pain

Headache be gone!
Trying to balance home and work life has been difficult these past months. I suffer regularly from tension headaches I'm assuming from stress and working in the sun all day. Tylenol Ultra Relief has given me just that, Relief! It worked fast and lasted the day having only had to take one tablet. This will definitely be my go to.
